He followed through on his promise to call when he got near my neighborhood. I haven't had ANY contractor do as promised. His word was good and I'm sure his work will be. Ray was very honest and reasonable... very easy to work with. I ended up needing electrical help as well and he recommended an electrician who was highly qualified. My only complaint is that the electrician has been hard to get a hold of - but I can't hold that against Ray.
