Al was extremely professional and helpful. I called because I had a problem with my toilet which he promptly fixed. While he was working on my toilet, I asked him several questions about it and other items in my home. He took the time to explain everything to me and what will prevent my problem from happening again, at no extra charge :) I have met several plumbers but I would recommend Al's to anyone and everyone I know. I would also call him for any future plumbing work in my home.

Al responded immediately to my request, and was quick to return calls. We discussed the job, he gave me some immediate feedback, but also stated that he would need to asses when on site. He quoted his hourly rate, timeframe to complete, and also that he would purchase needed materials from the local home depot, etc. On the day of the job, he was on time, friendly and was courteous - took his shoes off, cleaned up after the job was complete. He gave me a play by play as he was completing the job, and finished on time. In addition, my final payment was definitely in the range I was expecting to pay. I would absolutely recommend Al!
