Responded immediately, was onsite the next day. Nice guys, very clean workers, had the problem solved in no time. I hope I don't need a plumber again anytime soon, but when I do, I'm calling these guys again.

Very professional and courteous. Arrived when he said he would and fixed the blockage within30 minutes. My only proviso is that they aren't cheap -- $260 to unclog a toilet (but the plumber did have to remove the toilet to get at the blockage, so it wasn't just a plunger/snake thing.) Just like anything else, you get what you pay for and Tango did an excellent job.

Mark Tango called me within minutes of my registering with Service Magic. He called the day before to confirm the day and time frame we'd agreed upon. (he had offered to try and squeeze me in a day earlier, but wasn't able to, which was ok with me as it wasn't an emergency). He and his assistant came on time and worked efficiently, with no mess. He accepted a check for payment and the entire job (removing and putting in a new kitchen sink faucet) took about 1/2 an hour. The price he quoted me was what I paid, and I would definitely call him again.
