Fil Gardner is knowledgable, friendly, and, in my estimation, provides value for the money. My tenants said his work was good. My one recommendation for improvement is in the area of scheduling/communication. Appointments were changed at least twice and the communication to both my tenant and me was less than ideal. This improvement opportunity is easily fixable, yet necessary in order to earn a higher rating.
