The technician they sent was friendly and also very experienced. We had a difficult plumbing repair and it was well though through. The technician was very clean and made no mess. They did not change the price once they got started with the job and hit some complications which I thought was honorable. Thank you for the great job...

Mr Hamilton was prompt in responding to our plumbing emergency. He came and identified the nature of the problem right away. He made recommendations on how to fix it. Even though he didn't have the right part (a pressure relief valve)with him, he went to a Home Depot where he was able to get the parts. He also took care of other conditions that would have presented a problem down the line. More important, he let us know about the need for periodic replacement of some valves, as the life span of some brands is not that great. This happened on a Friday evening, and we're grateful to Dane for taking care of this problem on a such a short notice!
