Within a half hour of requesting a plumber through service magic, Brian from Byrd's Nest Plumbing called. He is very polite and courteous, and he attended to my specific plumbing problem within a week of my original request. He probably would have been here sooner if my scheduled allowed for it. He fixed what I originally requested plus a few extra things that I asked or were determined I needed. He seems very competent and professional, and I would without a doubt recommend him to others.
