The only company that was able to respond on a Saturday - $523 was high for a burst PVC pipe, but the service was exceptional. The technician took extra steps to minimize wall damage while searching for the pipe and waited 20 minutes after the repair to ensure there were no other leaks.

HONEST PLUMBER! This plumber, Chris, was able to come out to my house the same day I contacted SM. When he arrived he put on shoe stockings while in the house, this showed his respect for my place. He inspected the faucet I wanted to replace because the hot water was dripping. He offered a written estimate to replace the faucet that was lower than the other estimates I received and in-line with what I thought was very fair. He then offered a second estimate to replace just the hot water stem assembly. What a hugh savings to me to replace the assembly. He finished the job in about an hour. He will be my plumber for all future plumbing needs!
