Cy responded immediately with a phone call to my request for a bid. He offered a very resonable price for the job I needed and it did not change upon completion. He also offered several tips to keep the new faucet in good working condition. I will call him again for future plumbing needs. I believe he provides professional service at a very reasonable price.

The plumber arrived early, removed his shoes before entering the house, explained why I was having the problem I was having, repaired the problem (both toilets) and did two extra things not pre contracted, (so I would not have further issues) at no additional cost.
He thanked me for using them and went to the next job.
All in all a great experience and I would recommend them to others.
