I forgot the plumber's name, but he came on time and checked the leak. He told me what it was and told me I could fix it myself or he could for for a lot more $$. I fixed it myself and he did not even charge me for the service call due to economic times. That's service!!!!!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with M&M Plumbing. They replaced my old pipes with brand new ones at no extra charge. Fixing my dishwasher wasn't part of the job but Mike at M&M fixed it because he knew how important it was to me. He kept my dishwasher drainage problem in mind while installing my new disposal, faucet and air gap. My dishwasher doesn't back up anymore and I am so grateful. I would highly recommend M&M to anyone looking for a plumbing contractor who understands the true value of attention to detail as well as kindness and respect for his customers.

I initially had 2 other plumbers come to look at our problem. One stated that the job would cost $1200 and the other said he could do it for $500. Not liking the wide range, I talked to a contractor that lives on our block. He thought the job as diagnosed would be about $3000 to $4000. I then called Mike. He agreed with our neighbors estimate, if that was indeed the problem (slab leak). I grew tired of constantly changing towels in the garage to stem the flow of water. On his own time, Mike agreed to come out to see if he could cap it off. When he arrived, he not only capped the leak, he also discovered that the issue was not as serious as previously thought. The new quote is $350. I have not had the work done yet, but will do so after the holidays are over. My husband and I really appreciate the honesty Mike gave us!! I will update the rating when the work is completed.
