Did a good job, friendly, professional. The appointment window for arrival was 8am-10am so I thought I was the first appointment; however, there was no 15-30 minute call prior to arrival (most contractors do this) and he arrived at 9:59. Thinking the appointment was being missed I was on the verge of calling the company when he drove up. Secondly, he didn't have the parts needed despite the fact that I explained the work that needed to be done when the appt was made; he had to leave to go into the shop because he hadn't stopped there first -- sleeping in late, eh? This is the reason I rated it 3 instead of 5 stars.
