Excellent service. They were a bit late, but it was no big deal because they made me aware of the delay and gave me updates. When they showed up, they took care of things very quickly and charge was very reasonable. Very nice and friendly guys. I have used them twice and have not been disappointed.

Our initial contact with their office was professional and pleasant. They were very accommodating in working with our schedule. The technician was expected between 8-10 am, but he had an urgent call that morning and needed to delay until 10-12. It really didn't cause a problem for us, and we appreciated the way they kept in touch and were apologetic about the situation. The technician (Angelo) was professional; quick to assess our problem (two constantly running toilets - different reasons); quick with the repairs; and left everything clean (greatly appreciated!) We'll definitely call again if we have a need. Thanks!

They failed to honor the coupon on their website. The plumber quoted me a price of $219 to replace a kitchen faucet. He said he expected the job to take 2-4 hours to complete, but if it was less time, it could be cheaper. We supplied the faucet and he replaced it in 30 minutes but still charged the $219.00, again not honoring the coupon on their website. My husband called to ask about the charge since it only took him 30 minutes to do the job and asked also why the coupon wasn't honored. They said they would call him back. That was over a week ago and we haven't heard from them again. And the faucet was put in backwards.
