Rick called not a minute after I hit send, and arranged to meet me at my home at lunchtime that same day for an estimate and advice. My need was not an emergency and we scheduled an apppointment for two days later, when I could have someone at my home to meet him. Rick was very professional and helpful, and communicated with me by phone until I could get home. When we discovered that I would need a new toilet (mine was like 45 years old) as well as the repair, he went to buy a new toilet, came back, and finished the install that same evening. Great service!
