I did not hire awning pros because the bid was higher than we could afford at this time. we did get a much lower bid from another company that is not part of servicemagic, but are also looking at buying the awingings and instaling them ourselves, not sure yet. Dave, from awing pros was very prompt for the appointment and very knowegable, he gave me an estemate on the spot and I liked him very much. I would be happy to reccomend him to anyone in the future.

Bruce was great! Given how far he travels for work, I was fortunate enough to catch him in his office on July 2nd and as luck would have it, he was available to complete the job the next morning. He asked specific questions over the phone in order to provide an accurate quote to install the awning I had already purchased and charged me the agreed upon rate when finished with the job. He was very friendly and professional, offered to have me watch him work and to ask him any questions that I had. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs to install an awning. As an unexpected bonus, he gave us tickets to the Alameda county fair!
