When we first contacted Bryan over the phone, he knew exactly what we needed and asked the questions that reassured us that he was the professional that would do a great job, both in a timely manner and with a professional attitude. After emailing Bryan a picture of where our awning was to be installed he gave us an estimated time of completion. On the day of the job Bryan called an hour ahead to confirm he was on his way over and he began working right away, setting up and taking measurements. He then confirmed that he would be done in the estimated 4 hours he originally told us. Sure enough, prior to the 4 hours originally estimated our retractable awning was professionally mounted and calibrated, and the entire work area was cleaned thoroughly, and the patio furniture back in their original locations. The only thing different about the before and after pictures of our backyard was a professionally-installed retractable awning, but everything else was intact. Bryan is awesome, the awnings are awsome, the prices are worth every dime. The install was awesome! Bryan/Premier Awnings "hit it outta the park!!!!!!", Do not go with anyone else. I am sooooo happy and recommend you get retractable or some kind of awnings right away from these people. You'll be as blown away as me!!!!! jude c.
