Overall nice to work with. The owner Joe constantly called to make sure things were going smoothly. My only concern is that some things that were mentioned in the initial consultation were for some reason not included when they gave me my price for the job - like the deck stairs - which they charged extra for. They did a great job but just make sure you get everything in writing before you agree to the price.

Joe called me about my request the day I posted it, which was Friday, and had Adam at my home Sunday morning to check out the job. Permits were submitted that Wednesday and the job was completed within a month. Half of that time was spent waiting on the town and the weather. I would definately recommend Precise. You won't be disappointed.

Adam & his crew were top notch. Polite, timely, and my neighbors all commented on how clean they left the site. Adam was a pleasure to work with, good creative eye and kept his crew right on schedule. My deck is absolutely beautiful and well built. One negative...be sure to get a written contract. We had a verbal agreement that included some post lights, then at the end was told it would be extra. Ended up getting and installing myself for half the price. Also, making the checks out to different payees for different payments became a pain and seemed a bit shady. But the overall work was great and I am happy with the end result.
