Very friendly and knowledgable about what kind of paint or stain to use on what surface. I ended up having to replace a screen door to my screened in porch and he and his son said if I couldn't get someone to go with me to pick it up, for me to go pick out what I needed, pay for it and get the receipt and they would go back with the receipt and pick up the door for me. So, they go out of their way for their customrs and help in any way possible. I was told I could even call them on the weekend. I would definitely recommend.
