Install or Replace a Major Gas Appliance in 80138
I received a call the day before asking for a 9 AM start, not 8 AM. I had someone else at the house for the repair. They did not show until 10:00 AM. I had to have someone else come in because the first person had to leave before they were finished (just a few minutes, but they had someone picking them up who couldn't wait). They said that someone quit on them that morning, so I appreciate that the work was covered/done, but I think that rescheduling might have been an option they didn't try. Work was to repair the gas fireplace. I have not yet used it. Both women who were my "stand ins" commented on the courtesy and cleanliness.

Hire a Handyman in 80138
I hired someone to level some ground in my back yard to set up an above ground swimming pool. Grass needed to be removed, and the ground was about 5" off kilter from one side to the other. My pool is not level, because to make it level, the gentleman who did the work added top soil to one side, but neglected to factor in that the soil he added wasn't firmly compacted like the other side was. After adding 5000 gallons of water and weight to my pool, it is off level by about 3 inches on the side where the top soil was added, but not compacted. This is very disappointing, considering the amount of money I paid to have the ground leveled.
