Exterior fascia trim was torn off the house by an ice storm. Initially, the work done was terrible, totally unacceptable. BUT it took only one phone call to express my displeasure and the owner came right out to check the job, fully agreed, and made it right! No arguing, no fussing, no trying to simply modify a bad job. The work was simply redone with no hassle. Sure, the work should have been done right the first time. But one should really measure a service provider by how the correct their mistakes. Clearly, this company stands by its name. I would definitely hire them again.
