Quality work, Fair price. Keith Evans is meticulous about his work and the way he maintains the jobsite. Extremely neat. Keith Replaced my roof, installed replacement windows and replaced siding. Would I use him again?... you bet! Reccommend him to a friend?... Without hesitation.

This should have been posted awhile ago, but my computer was down and then I was ill. Keith deserved a much prompter responce than this. After years of dealing with contractors who robbed us and left jobs undone, or never showed at all....... I was VERY SKEPETICAL!!!!!!!!! As soon as I met Keith and saw the quality of his work I knew he was the right one. He didn't disappoint me... he went above and beyond what I ever exected! Also, he has a process where you will never find so much as one nail and the ground. The neatness contractor i have ever hired.

Keith was very professional when he visited to appraise the job.
He explained his installation techniques using the materials he liked to use. All samples were available for inspection. This made me feel very comfortable about his trustworthiness’.
His estimate beat all his competitors to include an estimate offered by Lowe's. They price the material with a cost of installation and their contractor appraised the job with material. They added both estimates and presented the sum. I knew this because, I was fortunate to get a copy of both.
Keith performed as professional as he represented himself. I was very pleased.
