I had 4 trim estimates and Superior was by far the best. The other three tried to make me sign up that night and put pressure on me. Superior came in, calmly, and wrote an estimate. There was no pressure and it was an honest estimate. The crew was skilled and professional. The overall price was about 60% of what th others tried to pressure me into. I'm going to choose them for my roof also.

They told us this would be a 2 day job.So far it has lasted 5 days and they still have not finished!Monday they did not show up until after 12:30, they were susposed to show up by 10 am. The workers did not seem to know what was expected of them .They said they did'nt know they were to do the vents on the house and they were told there were no soffets to do on the sides of the house.They said they were goung to do another job on Thursday,but would be back on Friday to finish the job, well it's 3:00 pm and we haven't seen a nyone yet today!!Well they have finally finished the job after 2 1/2 weeks!!!the materials they used are very nice and the work they did was excellant . the only problem was they worked only when they wanted and did not seem to care when they finished the job.ALSO THERE WAS A LOT OF MISS COMMUNICATION ABOUT WHAT WAS TO BE DONE!!!!

From the initial interview/estimate by Israel through the final inspection with Tim, my experience with SRS was outstanding. Both of these gentlemen (and the installation crew) were very professional. Because of the weather and my schedule, they worked with me on scheduling the work. They estimated a day and on-half but it took two full days. Great clean-up of nails and debris. When I had questions during the job, they were answered quickly and clearly. A real top notch job. I don't normally give top marks for doing a job, but SRS deserves the five star rating.
