The workmanship and the staff were great. The communication regarding the scheduling of the work with the homeowner needs to be improved. Two separate crews were required to replace the gutters (based on the area of expertise). One crew and a carpenter were required to replace the skylights. Each instance required a separate visit which required scheduling with the homeowner. I love the gutters, the gutter guards and the skylights. The crews and the carpenter were polite, clean and courteous.
