John Feroli kept his word that his price would not go up and it didn't. He and his staff did a good job reconstructing the soffit area of our building. Permitting made the job take a lot longer than it was promised but it all worked out in the end. John is very committed to his work.

Mr. Avila has been fantastic. He has treated my home as if it were his own. Each night the house was left in the best possible condition, considering that he was still doing lots of work. Hire a Handyman in 02341
I hired PLC to replace my deck in March 2009. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. The deck is large, about 7 feet x 25 feet. He worked alone, completed it in reasonable time, did everything he said he would do and more, gave me great recommendations and gave me a fair price. The next time I need a construction project done, Peter will be the first name on my list to contact.
