Kalista Enterprises, LLC

Install or Replace Exterior Trim in 21009

Mr. Kalista was very courteous and easy to talk to about the project I needed. He was prompt, but communication was lacking somewhat on the specific day the work was to be done. The job looks great and he was very tidy - no mess to clean up. He did a great job for a little job and I am sure on any bigger job he would be in touch more often. Overall we are very satisfied with his work.

Install or Replace Exterior Trim in 21136

Great work, the office was pleasant to deal with and as soon as there was a break in the weather (rain 3 days in a row), Dan came right over to finish painting.

Install or Replace Exterior Trim in 21236

Jerry's Handyman & Remodeling replaced the decorative exterior wood trim around the front door to my townhouse. They used a product called Plyfoam, which is more expensive than regular untreated decorative wood trim. But it was worth the extra money because there is no maintenance for it. The job was done top notch. Dan was the name of the gentleman that did the job. He was excellent and not only did he install the new trim, he also painted it, sealed all the gaps with caulking and repainted the alcove ceiling (which he didn't have to do, but I'm glad he did). The final job looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Jerry's!
