I liked Mike the first time I met him. He is very neat and does a real good job. He washed the house first and took his time to make sure the house was dry when he painted. Pointed out things to us like we should not have caulk under the columns on porch. We have had trouble with mildew and that was the problem. He also painted the ceiling and some walls in the kitchen and put everything back in place when he was done. He comes early and before the sun gets too hot. We think of him as a new friend. He takes your input on what you want done and achieves it.
