Tony and his crew did excellent quality work. They got things done right and made roof tile repairs that were discovered. I felt Tony's prices were reasonable over all excepting pressure washing the roof. At $0.60 a sq foot I still have a hard time understand how a 1898 sq foot 2-story house can have a 2000 sq foot roof? Tony explained his thought process saying there was more sq footage with peaks, over hangs and the garage. The garage is almost totally under the bedrooms so that can't be too much extra and more sq footage than the entire stacked building? Tony was polite and easy to work with, but I am still scratching my head.
