Although they did a very good job and the tech was wonderfull... I was dissappointed in the fact that they were not able to clean a small corner of our two story walkout with out a charge of an additional $100. This corner is high because of how the house sits and required a ladder to reach. The very nice and charming tech explained that any time a ladder leaves the truck it is a super wash which costs an additional $100. My house is shiny brite except for that small piece. They quoted me for a two story house, I think they should be able to clean the whole two story house for the price quote.
