He is priced reasonably and obviously worked hard to ensure that we were satisfied with the work to our home --- which ranged from power-washing our cedar shingled home to sealing a leak on the second floor to repairing a section of wood bannister that we originally thought had to be replaced. Just a very professional and focused individual who cares about his clients and doing the job right the first time, affordably.
