Initial consultation with Rick was prompt & informative. He called me later in the day to let me know that he did some follow up research into the best type and availability of products for my project. I needed my painted cedar shingles repainted because of a mold problem. I saw 2 other contractors and just got a pat on the head “yea yea no problem.” I guess they were just going to throw paint at it and did not want to spend a lot of time talking about it. Made Perfect was also less expensive.
They matched my paint color perfectly, showed up when they said they would even with delays due to weather, they needed a longer ladder and had to rent one and my bill stayed the same. These are all the qualities I look for when I spend my money. Great Job!

Ameri Construction and the Kim family were the ultimate professionals. They arrived when they said they would, worked diligently and completed the job. Daniel Kim consulted with me and my husband throughout the entire process, there were no surprises except the exceptional workmanship and beauty of the finished project. We had Ameri Construction paint the exterior of our house which was in dire disrepair. They also installed a new front door, storm doors ,a sensor light in the rear , installed exterior railing and replaced several windows. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and the experience with this company.
