We met twice before the job was completed to go over a list of things to be finished, so we were sure to have the job finished to our satisfaction. We strongly recommend Mark Shackelford. It's been 5 years since we last had our house painted and it's been peeling severely for the last 3 years. Mark took the time thoroughly assess the damage left by the last painter's poor paint job and came up with a taylored solution, which he explained in detail, to address the damage. Pricing was very competitive. Throughout the project, Mark kept us very involved and was always open to any feed back we provided. His crew was always very polite and kept the work site very clean. He's truly committed to 100% customer satisfaction. It shows in the results. The house looks great.
