FRANK HAD A VERY GOOD PRICE. HE PAINTED THE OUTSIDE OF MY CUSTOM HOME AND MADE IT THE STANDOUT OF THE DEVELOPMENT YET, VERY TASTEFUL. FRANK TOOK THE TIME TO REMOVE MOLDING AROUND EXTERIOR DOORS SO THE PAINT DID NOT STICK TO IT, HOWEVER I HAD TO REPLACE THEM WHEN HE DID NOT COME BACK TO DO SO, WHICH WAS A VERY MINOR ISSUE. I LOVE THE FACT THAT FRANK TOOK THE TIME TO CAULK WHERE THE BUILDER'S PAINTERS DID NOT. THE EXTRA CARE TAKEN BY FRANK DEFINITELY MAKES THE EXTERIOR OF MY HOME LOOK BETTER THAN JUST A PAINT JOB.

Frank did a very good job..just got a few drops of paint on the carpet. But other than that, no touch ups needed, better painter than me. Would recommend and use services again!
