Oscar was very professional and interested in doing a good job. He was persistent but sincere in offering me the best price for quality work. I did suggest to him that his forman could have introduced himself when he first arrived on my site and that would have helped with some of the language barriers I experienced. My neighbor did become upset when one of the workmen washed his brushes out behind her property but no damage was done and Oscar attempted to contact her to make it right. All in all I was very pleased with the job they did. It was neat, excellent quality and done timely.

Mr Foronda was very professional in his presentation and estimating process. His crew showed up ready to work, and they did an excellent job. The price was very fair, even with the additional carpentry work that was needed, and they finished the job much sooner than I anticipated. I was a little disappointed when Mr Foronda asked for extra payment from my neighbors for painting the side of the fence facing their house, but he did not press the issue, to his credit. I also discovered that his crew had mistakenly taken a bucket and an extension cord I had left on my deck, and they were a little rough handling a couple of items on my front porch, but on the whole, I was quite pleased with their performance, and my neighbors have complimented them as well.
