HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB NOT ONLY WITH THE PAINTING PORTION BUT ALSO CAULKED AND SEALED EVERY CRACK AND HOLE IN THE STUCCO AND THE WOOD FACIA TRIM, AND ALSO USED THE HIGHEST QUALITY BEHR PREMIUM PAINT. AND AS AN ADDED FEATURE THAT MOST COMPANIES DO NOT DO, WHILE SPRAYING THE PAINT ON HE ALSO BACK ROLLS WITH A HAND ROLLER TO MAKE SURE THE PAINT GOES DEEP INTO THE STUCCO. COMPARED TO OTHER QUOTES THAT I RECEIVED SHANNON PAINTING IS BY FAR THE BEST CHOICE FOR PRICE AND QUALITY. YOU WON'T NEED TO SHOP ANY FURTHER.
