They were excellent. We were nervous about hiring painters again because we had such a poor experience with a prior company. Worry Free couldn't have been more opposite. The crew was prompt, thorough, and extremely courteous. They went above and beyond what was necessary attending to every last detail. We couldn't be happier. Rossi was also extremely fair and there was no haggling over price. We paid what he initially quoted with no surprises at the end. 5 stars! Highly recommend!

Did a thorough job evaluating the house to give me an accurate estimate on painting the exterior. The office help was very good keeping things on track and keeping me updated. The workers showed up on time and worked had through the day. They made sure they had the right paint for each part of the house. Communication between me and Robert and Marlen was great. The head worker was a little difficult at times to communicate with but overall just fine.

Overall I am satisfied. There were however some things that I would suggest to them for future projects. They should have a job supervisor check in with customer each day and also give them the project status at the end of the day. Also, some items on the contract were not completed and I found some areas where I wasn't satisfied with the paint coverage.
