John Reed replied quickly, presented his fees (which are very reasonable), clearly evaluated the problem (a serious structural problem in our 200+ year old house), explained it very clearly and recommended specific actions to take which, we are confident, will correct the problem and be very cost effective. We would give him 6 stars if we could!
