Hoskins did a good job of explaining what was going on and gave me some confidence that my structure is not damaged. He answered my main concern about the cracked slab and had valuable opinion on recommended repairs (not exactly what I had expected) which was to fix as best as possible and basically live with it. He felt a complete repair job was not cost effective and that to me was valuable thing to know.
