Shane was professional and polite. He did a great job explaining how the equipment worked so that I could use it properly. He asked questions and listened to understand exactly what I needed. He worked with my dogs once the fence was installed to show them where the boundaries were. He also took the time to make sure I understood the importance of the training process. He made it clear that he was always available to answer any questions about the equipment or the training. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing this service.
