Miguel is very nice and certainly trustworthy. In my case I was renovating my parent's home and needed a few different projects taken care of. It was easy for them to work me in as they could (between their commercial vs. residential projects) since my projects weren't particularly complicated, and I wasn't in a big hurry. However, either way, things took too long, he and/or his staff didn't always come when they said they would, and one small project is still outstanding, even though I've paid. I'm sure Miguel would come back, because he's a nice man but it gets wearisome tracking him down and/or waiting for his staff, especially if they don't come. In sum, he does respectable work and won't cheat you, but you may have to stay on him if the project isn't finished in a day.
