Half of our house had no power and we were in need of an electrician. I submitted my info onto servicemagic last night and I received a phone call from Richard Joseph first thing in the am. I called him back to explain our problem and he had come out to our house within the hour. Richard was great not only did he fix the problem he explained everything to us. He is a great guy with a wonderful personality......we look forward to recommending him and using him in the future.

Matt was fantastic! He was prompt in coming out the same day that we spoke on the phone. He was able to diagnose a complex electrical problem that ended up being an NSTAR issue - even the NSTAR guys were impressed that he was able to diagnose the issue as he did. Matt was prompt, friendly to work with and knows his stuff. Will gladly call again.

Electrical issues were identified immediately and resolved. Explained cause for outlet not working in basement that was attached to outside pole light. Took 5 years to understand how to use light. Thought it was not functioning all this time. Would recommend Sean for your electriical needs. Very polite and pleasant. Good Luck.
