James called almost immediately when I put in my request. He sent a letter with contact info for insurance and references. When I called, he was given rave reviews. Our work needed to be coordinated with KCP&L, and he made the call before he came to look at our job, so he was able to tell us the time he would be doing the work. He gave an estimate, but when we got the bill, it was less because it took less time to complete. Also the work was done while we were out of town. He informed us as soon as he was done and the power was back on. I was very pleased and would highly recommend James for any electrical work.
