Michael Preising presented himself professionally, recommended intelligently, and was competitive with other bids received on this project. He was selected after second stage negotiations on price proved successful as his professional presentation was worth the extra cost.
He showed up slightly late, but that was due to his normal helper being unavailable. Regardless of lack of assistance he finished the job within the window originally quoted. He cleaned up after the job and I would recommend him highly.
