Mark Smith is very honest & fair. He responded immediately to my request and came as soon as possible to evaluate my situation. He gave me the full range of options of what needed to be done and what could be done. He did not try to upsale me. He understood that I wanted to save time and money and was willing to show me the most basic fix for my problem and do it for a fair price. He even went above and beyond to follow up with the power company regarding my concerns. I would definatly recommend Mark Smith to anyone looking for an honest, fair, hardworking & excellent electrician.

Upgrade an Electrical Panel or Wiring in 23602
If he had showed up on the day he agrees too, I would have better things to say. ( A day late) He did not answer our repeated calls inquiring on his ETA. I think that during the EST. he should have been clearing on the agreed work, and showed up with all the required materials to complete the job, rather than having to run for parts, and materials. His crew was very clean and respectful. The work that was done was done very well. I would recommend Smith Electrical only if, everything was put in writing, date work was to be done and was given Mr. Smiths cell number, and was positive that he would answer it.

Upgrade an Electrical Panel or Wiring in 23666
I elected to have Mr. Smith complete a Load Center Panel upgrade; he with his assistant did an outstanding job, and the price was very reasonable. However, a coordinated Electrical Inspection was specified on the Work Order/Invoice, and we are still awaiting that portion to be completed. Communication on that process has been slow with that process still incomplete. This is the only reason I give 4 Stars instead of 5 Stars, as otherwise I'm very satisfied with his professional work.
