Troy was on time every time, called ahead if couldn't meet time of arrival, and was always dependable, a very valuable asset. He was knowledgeable and careful in his work , listened to my requests respectfully as I added new and removed other items from his bid, and was very reasonable in his costs, adjusting the cost of each item down as less work was found to be involved. So I ended up paying much less than originally estimated. I'm very happy with my upgraded outlets and the newly installed outlets which make my life in my old house much easier and comfortable. I'll hire him again as I decide on additional items to upgrade in my house
