Although the estimate and installation of my new furnace by trademark was fine , paperwork was not thoroughly explained and a follow up visit to go over the new thermostat never happened. In a phone conversation with the contractor , he stated he might not get to my house right away because he was very busy for the next couple of weeks, which concerns me down the road for what type of service I might expect if or when I have a problem with my furnace
