Steve did a small kitchen remodel for us. Steve conducts his business in a very professional manner. He keeps his commitments, is always quick to respond, showed up early each day, and completed the project within the dates indicated. If you are looking for someone to "watch over" the various contractors that do work for you, Steve is your man. He removes the stress of trying to project manage all of these moving parts yourself.

Remodel a Bathroom in 92677

We choose SANFORD CONSTRUCTION to do the work. His bid was not the lowest nor was it the highest. He
was very helpful right from the beginning. The work was done in an efficient way, he cleaned up every day, he was on time,
many times he gave us choices which we appreciated and the finished room is beautiful.

We are so impressed with his work that we have asked him to do our other two bathrooms as well. He will begin Monday with demolition and he gave us an approximate finish date, for both baths, of late November which is fine with us.
