Ideal Temp HVAC

The price I was quoted by Ideal Temp HVAC was reasonable and they showed up on time. They put in air ducts and a seperate zone in an area which was framed and insulated, but not drywalled. They used a 1" X 3" to put up vents which does not match the strapping that was used throughout. The problem with this is the 1" X 3" is at least 1/4" thicker than the strapping, so the vents are not flush and this will cause problems with the drywall when the ceiling goes in. I will need to rip out what they did and replace it with strapping so everything will be flush. Also, on the vents that they left, 2 of the 3 vents are missing the screws.
