Schutz & Company, Inc.

Install or Replace Ductwork in 48118

Tony was very informative during the bidding process bringing lots of great ideas without a lot of selling. After I hired him he was thorough in not only communication but in all aspects of the work. I have complete confidence in his knowledge and workmanship.

Install Natural Gas, Propane or Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System in 48353

Tony Minton explained all options and made suggestions for moving the new furnace to a more cost effect location. Filled out paperwork for all possible rebates available from local utilities and the federal government. The job was completed within a day and a half with no cleanup required and disposed of the old furnace. Tony was very professional and made the other four contractors that quoted prices look like they were just trying to sell a new system and price was the only factor in the selection process. I could have purchased a less expensiv system from people working out of their homes but was looking for waranty and future service.
