They usually give a 4 hour window but because we were scheduling the same day, they had the tech call me 15 minutes before so I could run home from work instead of having to take the entire morning off. The technician who came was friendly and worked pretty quickly at diagnosing the problem. They are putting together service programs that we are considering buying to have them service our HVAC annually.
