Phenomenal!! Fred gave us an estimate a while ago, and we finally convinced our dad he needed that new furnace before winter. The existing furnace was over 45 years old and had completely stopped working. Fred had it ripped out in 2 hours, and then over 2 days installed the new furnace & connected it to the existing ducting, even adding a couple of new registers. I had mentioned Dad's serious vision problems, and the thermostat Fred installed has very large print - my dad can actually operate it with no problem!! (That was a huge worry to him.)
Fred was fast, efficient, pleasant, and I guess my dad wants to adopt him.
