Overall they did an excellent job. Installers used canvas to protect rug and entry way from dirt and debris. Canvas works great for large pieces of debris, but dirt and dust penetrated the canvas. Installers did sweep entry tile and porch area, but rug and base boards were left filthy. Also had to power wash and sweep driveway to remove all screws and staples.

Shortly after submitting my interest in a contractor to do duct replacement First Choice called and made an appointment for an onsite estimate. They showed up when scheduled, did the work in one day, cleaned up and left. Everything is working fine.

AJ of Quantum Mechanical followed up proptly on my request and provided a price range over the phone, but adivised they would need to see the job and price materials before establishing the final price. We made an appointment and Andy showed up right on time, took a couple measurements and sketched out a part list. He provided a detailed quote or $565 and made the follow-up apppointment for 7:00am. Andy and Dave showed up right on time, they tore out the defective dryer vent and installed a new duct from the dryer, under the house thru the outside wall. The job in was done in 3 hours and they hauled away the old vent and debris
