I would say my experience with Gilmore has been excellent. I would not call them the cheapest provider, but of the four I dealt with they were the most professional, and offered a great combination of product, service and value. The only disappointment I have is that I wanted a thermostat that would allow a Winter setting of 40 degrees when the building is vacant, and got one that goes to 45. But I LOVE the unit they installed, it's so quiet and I expect to save at least 50% or more of my old energy bills. Gilmore (and Tad) rock!
